Welcome to the TrueDocX website, operated by the Axxonet group. Your access to and use of this Site is subject to the following terms and conditions and all applicable laws. This page follows the Axxonet Group terms published at axxonet.com.

1. Acceptance of terms

This Site is offered subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules and policies (including, without limitation, Axxonet's Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site by Axxonet (collectively, the "Agreement"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by the Agreement.

"Company", "we", "us" and "Axxonet" refer to Axxonet System Technologies, India and Axxonet Global Limited, UK, as applicable to the contracting entity. "Client", "you" and "your" refer to the person or organisation accessing this Site or engaging the Company's services and products. Any use of these terms in the singular, plural, with capitalisation and/or as he/she or they is interchangeable and refers to the same. Services are provided in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of fixed duration or other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of the Company's stated services and products, in accordance with and subject to prevailing law.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this Site by any third party. Product access within TrueDocX deployments is additionally governed by the applicable licence and deployment agreement between Axxonet and the laboratory or agency concerned.

4. Intellectual property

TrueDocX, the TrueDocX marks, the software, and the content, design and arrangement of this Site are the property of Axxonet and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, no part of this Site or the software may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed or used to create derivative works without Axxonet's prior written consent.

5. Submissions and ideas

Axxonet does not solicit confidential or proprietary ideas through this Site. If a review of any submission is necessary, in Axxonet's sole discretion, it will be with the understanding that Axxonet assumes no obligation to protect the confidentiality of your idea or to compensate you for its disclosure or use. By submitting an idea or other detailed submission to Axxonet through this Site, you agree to be bound by the terms of this stated policy.

6. Privacy statement

Client records are regarded as confidential and will not be divulged to any third party other than where legally required to be provided to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of, any and all Client records we keep, provided we are given reasonable notice of such a request.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on this Site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Information on this Site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors and may be changed or updated without notice. Product capabilities described here are subject to the applicable deployment agreement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axxonet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, this Site or its materials, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Unauthorised use

The law has created specific offences for unauthorised actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.

11. Governing law

Engagements with Axxonet System Technologies are governed by, and construed in accordance with, prevailing Indian law; engagements with Axxonet Global Limited are governed by the laws of England and Wales — in each case subject to the terms of the specific contract between the parties.
