Every screen the platform ships.
TrueDocX is specified screen by screen against the BRD — from tenant provisioning in the provider console to testimony support in the courtroom. Each screen below carries its module code, its purpose, and the roles it serves.
Every screen carries a visible identifier so audit entries, training material and defect reports point at exactly one place in the product.
Type is S for a screen, T for a tab, P for a popup; the index numbers tabs and popups within their parent. EVD-10-T2 is the custody ledger tab of the evidence screen.
Provider console
6 screensThe control plane the platform vendor operates: tenant provisioning, entitlements, metering, signed releases and fleet telemetry — never case data.
Access & identity
1 screenPasskey-first sign-in through the Identity Abstraction Layer, with the same step-up ceremony reused for every sensitive action across the product.
Case & evidence
5 screensFrom case intake to sealed capture sessions: exhibits, custody, acquisition, and the document repository that gives every file an immutable id and SHA-256 at ingest.
Examiner workbenches
5 screensFive specialist workbenches share one hub pattern — dashboard, task queue, task — and stamp every run with method version, parameters and input hashes.
Workflow & reporting
9 screensThe path from finding to courtroom: governed methods, double-blind review, QA, structured reports, redaction, disclosure and testimony support.
Administration
4 screensThe laboratory runs itself: devices and calibration, users and roles with segregation-of-duties checks, the immutable audit trail and jurisdiction packs.
